May 3rd - French Bistro
Gougere - Cheese puffs made by folding guere cheese into dough and baking them into little rounds.
Mini Croque Monsieur - An open faced ham and cheese puff pastry topped with a cheesy bechamel sauce and toasted.
Confit of Duck Crostini - Slow cooked duck in its own fat to create a velvet smooth texture and flavor, then placed on a crostini and served with blackberry ketchup and herb goat cheese coulis.
Mini Baked Brie - Served on a toasted sour dough Crostini, Brie will be gently melted and placed on the Crostini and topped with port poached stone fruit with honey. We will use seasonal fruits that have large pits like peaches, nectarine, etc that is poached in port wine. It is a perfect pairing with the Brie.
June 14th - Italian Night
Pepperoni Caprese Skewer - A skewered array of fresh mozzarella, cherry tomatoes and pepperoni slices served with basil chiffonade and a balsamic reduction glaze.
Savory Parmesan Polenta Bites - Baked polenta bites are loaded with Parmigiano Reggiano* topped with a slither of cheese, peppery rocket and a sweet red grape.
Peach & Prosciutto - Grilled Flat Bread Served with Arugula and Hot Honey.
Arancini Balls - A risotto and cheese ball, rolled in Italian breading, deep fried and served with a side of marinara.
July 12th - All American Cuisine
Pimento Cheese & Bacon Crostini - A spicy pimento cheese spread served on a garlic Crostini with bacon and scallions.
Low Country Shrimp & Grits w/okra & tomato - A Southern classic-southern style grits served with sauteed shrimp and our proprietary tomato and okra sauce. Served in a cup with a demi fork.
Fig & Pig Biscuit - A savory buttermilk biscuit served with country Ham, melted havarti cheese and fig jam.
Beer Cheese Dip w/ Pretzels - Bite sized toasted pretzels served with our proprietary beer cheese dipping sauce.
August 2nd - Summer Savory
Summer Tomato & Burrata Crostini - Ripe heirloom tomatoes, creamy Burrata, fresh basil and balsamic glaze on a toasted baguette.
Smoked Pork Tenderloin & Apricot Chutney Bites - Tender smoked pork with a peach and bourbon chutney served on mini sweet potato biscuit.
Fried Green Tomato Sliders - Buttermilk-fried green tomatoes goat cheese and remoulade sauce on a slider bun.
Watermelon & Feta - Skewers with Mint Refreshing watermelon cubes with crumbled feta, fresh mint, and a balsamic drizzle.
September 6th - Spanish Night
Sweet Potato & Chorizo Empanadas - Flaky hand pies stuffed with roasted sweet potatoes, spicy chorizo and a smoky paprika aioli.
Garlic Chicken Puffs - Made with a rich creamy garlic chicken mixture inside a croissant and baked. Served with salsa.
Bourbon Glazed Pork Belly Bites - Slow cooked pork belly glazed with a bourbon peach reduction served on a skewer.
Roasted Root Vegetable cup- Maple brown butter & sage Root vegetables, roasted and seasoned and tossed in a sage and maple brown butter mix. Served in a cup with a demi fork.
