We are serving up a Southern classic with chef specialty Fried Chicken. House-made Sorghum Sriracha Mustard will accompany the chicken. There are two side dishes served with this supper. Bread & Butter Zucchini “chips” and classic Cheddar Grits pair perfectly with the dinner. The bread this evening is a lovely Corn Muffin. Enjoy a scrumptious Chocolate Poke Cake for dessert.
July 14th
Enjoy Fainting Goat Vineyard’s owners’ favorite supper menu this evening. Tender Pork Roast is served with a sweet and savory onion jam. Potato-kale “Caesar” is a modern take on a classic salad. This meal is also served with a stunning Tomato Casserole. Herb Biscuit is the read option this evening. Handcrafted Apple Pie Bar is the perfect ending to a popular supper.
July 21st
Tonight we are taking you on a flavor journey to Italy. The robust entrée is Sweet Italian Sausage Lasagna. A delightful Balsamic Kale Caesar is accompanied with a Garlic Crostini. Rounding out this Italian supper is a classic Tiramisu dessert.
July 28th
Tonight we are serving a family recipe of Beef Roast. This traditional entrée is served with two side dishes. Warm dressed Potatoes compliment the beef. The second side dish is a locally sourced Spinach, Berry, & Pecan Salad. Yeast roll is the bread option this evening. A Blondie will be sweet ending to this spectacular supper.
August 4th
A Southern classic is being served with this slow cooked, Pulled Pork. House-made Peach BBQ sauce compliments the pork. Two side dishes will be served this evening. A scrumptious Corn Casserole will be served alongside locally sourced Green Bean Slaw. Pulman Loaf Bread pairs perfectly with the meal. Banana pudding is the dessert.
August 11th
Marinated Grilled chicken thighs are served with a flavorful Cucumber Herb Aioli. This meal is served with three side dishes. Garlic-Citrus Grits is a modern take on a Southern classic. The meal is brightened by Georgia grown Green beans. Locally sourced Tomato & Spinach salad is the perfect seasonal side to accompany this meal. Handmade Drop Biscuit is the bread served with this meal. The dessert for this meal is a sweet & tart Blueberry Pound Cake.
August 18th
The entrée this evening is slow cooked Pork Ribs with a secret dry rub. The ribs are served with a Sorghum Glaze. This entrée is served with 2 side dishes. The first side dish is a colorful Red Potato & Blue Cheese Salad. Locally sourced White Beans, Tomatoes, & Cucumbers construct the second side dish. A fresh Baguette is the bread this evening. A summertime classic, Berry-Lemon-Almond Trifle is the dessert.
August 25th
Enjoy this time-honored backyard favorite without any of the work or mess! Bratwurst & Sweet Peppers are combined for this flavorful summertime classic entrée. This supper is served with two side dishes. Back by popular demand, Jenna’s famous White Cheddar Pasta is paired with Pickled Collards. The bread this evening is a classic Yeast Roll. Enjoy a Georgia Peach Crisp for dessert.
