do you have real fainting goats?

Yes we do! Ronnie and Reagan are our two fainting goats and we welcome you to visit them!

can i bring my dog?

Yes! Grab one of our blankets and enjoy our lawn with your furry friend. Just keep the sweetheart on a leash- we want everyone to be safe.

CAN I PURCHASE WINE TO GO HOME WITH?

You sure can! We sell bottles, in addition to glasses and tastings of wine.

Come Visit Us!
Escape the hustle bustle of the city and come to the tranquil mountains of Jasper. Fainting Goat is an easy drive from Atlanta- about 60 minutes. We are Kid and Dog friendly. Bring a picnic and enjoy your day overlooking the best mountain view in the state.

From Atlanta
Take Hwy 575 N to 515 N turn right onto Rt 53 E for 1.5 miles. Turn Left on Burnt Mountain/Hwy 136E and travel 8 miles. Turn left at the vines onto Vineyard Way.

From Ellijay
Take 515 W. Turn Left onto W. Church St. Turn Left onto Burnt Mountain Rd/Hwy 136 E. Continue on Hwy 136 E for about 8 miles. Turn Left onto Vineyard Way.

Leashed Dogs are welcome on the lawn area. So bring the whole family when you come!

Children of all ages are welcome!

Pack your picnic basket and blanket and relax on our lawns.

Sundays 12:30 pm - 6 pm

All tastings end 30 minutes before close. Glass and bottle sales will remain open until close.
